The time that it takes to cook turkey is about 30 minutes or more. The temperature must be on the highest setting and slowly turning it down until the meat is fully cooked. The weight of the turkey will also contribute to the time of its cooking. Keep in mind that a turkey is cooked 10 minutes per pound and so if you have a big turkey then you might have to cook it longer.
